The Window of Health
Have you taken the time to look through your window at your health? Often we are too busy to take care of ourselves, putting our health the last on the list.
But without good health can you keep up that frantic, busy life you lead? We NEED good health. Our family needs us to be healthy, our workplace needs us to be healthy, our community needs us to be healthy, our nation needs us to be healthy.
What are YOU doing about being healthy?
Do you eat well?
Do you have enough sleep?
Do you have enough exercise?
Exercise
Exercise is important for all ages. The bodies in authority tell us that children need to exercise for one hour a day every day and adults need to exercise for thirty minutes a day for five days a week. That is two and a half hours of exercise for adults each week.
This exercise can be in the simple exercise form of walking or any more strenuous form of exercise.
Let's see if we can all do thirty minutes of exercise five days of the week. Let me know how you go.

The Other Side of the Window
I have a little friend who has a window that he likes to peer through. He likes to wonder what the world is like on the other side of the window. He is just like us. We like to peer through windows to see what is on the other side.
What can we see?
Is it something of interest to us?
Would we like it better than on our side of the window?
Are we satisfied with our side of the window?
Do you like your side of the window?
Do you look through windows?
Cheers

My window on the world
The world goes by in a blur for so many of us. We rarely slow down. We seem to fit more and more into our lives.
People ask, 'What do you do?' or 'What did you do today?'
It's all about doing!
Sometimes it's good just to sit and watch the world go by, to take time to listen to our thoughts instead of pushing them out of the way for another one to take its place in a never ending stream.
Take a breath, go slow for a little time each day. You will find you can think more clearly.
